This is a classic Elizabeth Zimmermann pattern made by knitters worldwide.  Check out the projects on Ravelry or simply Google to get inspiration to make the pattern your own.
Many find the construction initially confusing, but are amazed at the results once they “get it”.   As always with an EZ pattern, we will work with gauge and measurements to determine sizing.
